Recommended points of the job posting
Almost all of our clients are demolition companies, and since demolition work is ongoing throughout the year, our workload rarely decreases.
We also have no direct competitors, so we have plenty of work.
Currently, our team consists of 3 pure Japanese, 1 half American/Japanese, 1 half Filipino/Japanese, 1 Moroccan, 2 Cambodians (including the president, both Japanese nationals), and 2 Mongolians (skilled workers), for a total of 10 people.
Although we come from diverse backgrounds, we all get along well regardless of nationality.
We strive to create a comfortable and supportive work environment.
