To achieve the goal of "better products, lower prices, and timely delivery," you will be responsible for developing new construction materials, building supplies, and equipment, as well as developing our own original components. This position involves directly approaching production companies (domestic and international) without going through trading companies, pursuing the ultimate in cost-effectiveness and quality.

【Specific Duties】

Research & Development: Research and selection of domestic and international construction material and equipment production companies
Direct Negotiation: Direct negotiation with manufacturers regarding price, specifications, and delivery dates
Planning, Development & Design: Creation of drawings using developed components, and creation of proposals
Quality Control & Verification: Management of trial construction, creation of materials (manuals, etc.) for original components
Internal Presentation: Reporting on development projects, and presentations of implementation proposals
