Established 27 years ago, we have been a beloved specialty restaurant for authentic motsuyaki (grilled offal) and motsuni (stewed offal) grilled over binchotan charcoal. Our skewers made with fresh Japanese pork are a hit, as are our freshly prepared liver and the unusual "fuwa" (wheat gluten).
