[Qualification Acquisition Support Available] We're looking for someone to manage all aspects of plumbing and ventilation work for apartments, factories, daycare centers, city halls, and other facilities! *One-on-one training provided for your peace of mind.
Specifically, you will be responsible for comprehensive tasks such as on-site safety management, budget management, arranging and scheduling workers, and quality checks to ensure construction is carried out safely and according to plan.
Work sites are primarily large facilities in Tokyo and Saitama, including apartments, factories, daycare centers, and city halls. You will be responsible for new construction and renovation projects such as replacing existing equipment. Project durations are approximately 6 months to 1 year.
