You will be responsible for the following tasks within our group:
① Tasks related to the Specified Skills Visa System
- Planning, execution, and improvement of support services for specified skills foreign nationals
- Planning and implementation management of mandatory support under the Specified Skills Visa System
(Examples: pre-departure guidance, life orientation, support for official procedures, consultation)
- Compliance with regulations and operational efficiency as a registered support organization
- Notification and reporting tasks to government agencies

② Global Talent Recruitment
- Planning and execution of recruitment strategies for foreign nationals, candidate pool formation, interviews, and follow-up with successful candidates
- Planning and implementation of in-house training and awareness-raising activities for creating a work environment that is easy for foreign nationals to work in and for multicultural coexistence
- Support for career development of foreign nationals and implementation of measures to improve retention rates

③ Human Resource Development Tasks
- Recruitment activities and recruitment administrative tasks for our company and participating business companies
- Training and retention support tasks for our company and participating business companies
