■ Job Description
You will be responsible for sales and proposals for our custom-built homes.

■ Customer Acquisition Activities for Custom-Built Homes
- Updating and editing construction examples on our company website
- Managing listings on real estate portal sites (such as SUUMO)
- Editing and posting on our official Instagram account (including introductions of construction examples)

■ Handling Sales Negotiations with Custom-Built Home Customers
- Approach: Responding to inquiries from referral agencies and responses via our website.
- Initial Meeting: Explaining the company and the appeal of our homes online.
- Plan Creation: Creating floor plans using a dedicated app (Walk in Home) (approximately 5 per month).
- Those with experience in design or construction management can fully utilize their knowledge in planning.
- Subsequent Meetings and Contract: 50-60% of subsequent meetings are conducted online. Revised plans are presented, and contracts are typically reached after an average of 3 meetings.
* Visits to the customer's home may be required as needed.


■ All aspects of sales work related to detailed design, construction, and completion after contract signing
- Specification determination and detailed meetings: The period from contract signing to handover is approximately 6 months. You will be handling 5 to 10 projects concurrently at any given time.
- Various applications and neighbor relations: This includes handling applications to government agencies and visiting neighbors to introduce yourself.
- Completion check and handover: You will conduct a final check of the completed house and hand over the keys to the client.
